Anna Nichole Smith

It has occurred to me that there are a lot of issues with what is happening in cases involving Anna's death. Most of them seem to be a result of her mother's insistance on being stubborn.

According to the new casts, and snippets of the trial I saw, Anna distanced herself from her mother. She didn't want anything to do with her. She wouldn't want her mother to have her body in death.

All of this boils down to who gets custody of the child's money. I feel that in the interest of the child, that she should be a ward of the state if brought back to the US. The state would allow the money to remain in trust without interference until the child was 18, and presumably old enough to make some decisions on what should be done with the money.

First Entry

Well, this is my first post. Yes, a lame thing to do I know - a first posting message. Well, what do you want from me? I just spent too much time setting up an account, and now I am exhausted! :-)

Anyhow, I've never been good at keeping up with writing or correspondence; but I expect to at least attempt to post some comments up here from time to time.
